Patient Handling - Hoists
 Patient hoists benefit the attendant by almost eliminating the strain they once had to endure when lifting a patient into bed or to the toilet.
The patient also benefits from the hoists by having their dignity restored from not having to be lifted or pulled by their attendant.
Supportive harnesses are attached and the electrical or hydraulically powered hoist does all the hard work.
